For every outing, suggest several dates or start with the slots found by MeetingFriends.
The app shows you the dates that work: free slots according to connected calendars, or the dates with the most votes. You choose, you invite, it’s sorted.

Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan lets you create up to 2 groups of 4 people, including you, launch as many date polls as you like in them and connect 1 calendar. Automatic shared-availability searches use credits, which you can earn notably by inviting friends who join MeetingFriends. A Premium subscription expands these limits.
What if my friends don’t have the app yet?
Send them the group invitation link. If they already have the app, they join the group directly. Otherwise, they install it, then reopen your link to join the group.
Do I have to connect my calendar?
No. You can suggest dates and collect your friends’ answers without connecting any calendar. Connecting one simply automates the search for shared slots. MeetingFriends compares the time slots in connected calendars: an appointment recorded elsewhere is not taken into account.
Does my calendar data stay private?
Yes. If you choose to connect a calendar, MeetingFriends only uses your free or busy time ranges. The titles, locations and attendees of your events are neither used nor stored.
Which calendars are supported?
Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar. Connecting one is optional and only needs to be done once.
Which languages is the app available in?
The MeetingFriends app is available in French and English. The website is also available in Dutch.
