Start with a time frame, not a date imposed on everyone

“When are you free?” is too vague. “Which of these time slots works for you?” is much easier to answer.

If you choose a poll, suggest specific options. “Friday the 12th at 7 p.m.” is easier to assess than “Friday evening”. If you choose the group availability search, define a realistic enough window for the calendars to have a chance of lining up.

Polls and calendars: two flows, not automatic votes
