MeetingFriends is designed for groups of friends who regularly make plans together. Create the group once, then reuse it whenever you make plans.
For each plan, suggest several dates or use the times found through connected calendars. Everyone can use the method that works for them.
With connected calendars
Anyone who wants to can connect Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. MeetingFriends compares availability and highlights the times everyone has in common.
Both methods can be used within the same group.

Privacy
Your appointments stay yours.
Connecting a calendar is optional. To calculate shared availability, MeetingFriends only uses the relevant time ranges and availability status. Event titles, locations, attendees and descriptions are not used or stored.
