Terms of use

Version 1.7 — Effective from 22/09/2026

This document is a translation of the French version, which is the reference version and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the meetingfriends.app website (“the Website”), published by Thomas Saldi, based in Belgium. The Website presents the MeetingFriends app and, when they are available, links to its official download pages. By using the Website, you accept these terms.

2. Pre-launch status

The MeetingFriends app is not available yet. To date, the Website does not allow downloading the app, creating an account or subscribing to a service or subscription. The full terms of the service, including those relating to the Premium offer, will be provided when the app is launched.

3. Access to the download platforms

The App Store and Google Play buttons stay inactive as long as the public MeetingFriends store pages are not available. Once activated, they lead to third-party platforms subject to their own terms. No MeetingFriends account is created on the Website.

4. Launch offer “first 50 eligible accounts”

The first fifty (50) MeetingFriends accounts created after the public opening of the app and meeting the eligibility criteria announced at launch may receive twelve (12) months of free Premium subscription. Only one benefit may be granted per account. This offer remains subject to the actual launch of the app and to the availability of Premium. No action taken on the Website before the app is published reserves a place in this offer.

5. Intellectual property

The Website, its content, its design, and the “MeetingFriends” brand and name are the exclusive property of Thomas Saldi and are protected by the applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

6. Liability

The Website is provided “as is”. Thomas Saldi does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website, nor a specific launch date for the app. He cannot be held liable for the unavailability of the Website or the postponement of the launch.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will try to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Liège will have exclusive jurisdiction.
